Returns & Refund

At Forsomnia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged (unless it arrived damaged or defective).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Personal care or hygiene products for safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@forsomnia.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving our return approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will offer:

  • A replacement at no extra cost.
  • A full refund if a replacement is not available.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet, we will issue a full refund.
